This booking page is operated by the transportation provider (the "Provider") using software from 778MAD LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect from riders. Name, phone, email, company (optional), pickup and destination addresses, date and time, number of passengers, notes and flight details you enter, your reviews, and (if you allow them) notification settings for this device. Card details go directly to Stripe; we receive only the card brand, last four digits and payment status.
What we collect from drivers. Account details (name, email, phone, business), vehicle information and photos, prices and settings, and, only if the platform asks for them, license and insurance documents. Those documents are kept private: they are used only to verify the driver and are never shown to riders.
How we use it. To calculate prices, book and run your ride, process payments and refunds, send confirmations, reminders and receipts (email, text or app notifications), handle cancellations and disputes, show reviews, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with. The Provider who drives you (to do the ride); Stripe (payments); Google Maps (addresses and routes); our email and text-message providers (to send your messages); our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising.
Text messages. If you give your phone number, you may receive messages about your booking (confirmation, reminders, driver arrival). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
How long we keep it. Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for the service and for legal, tax and accounting purposes (generally up to 7 years). Drivers who leave the platform have their account data deleted, except records we must keep by law.
Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information (except records we must keep) by writing to [email protected] or to the Provider.
Security. Data is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are stored hashed, and access to driver panels is protected by login.
Children. This service is not directed to children under 13.
Changes. We may update this policy and will post the new version here.
